Mikropis has entered into a Strategic Partnership with Sanpower Group from China

The Mikropis Holding from Žalec offers overall information solutions for Retail, Restaurants, Logistics, Banking, Insurance, Tourism, Manufacturing, Human Resource Management, and Finances for the last 30 years. It also develops the 24alife along with IKTS Development center Žalec and has successfully expanded its solutions all over the world. Today, it has signed a Letter of Intent to enter into a strategic partnership with the Sanpower Group from China and therefore launching 24alife into the global market.

(Žalec, 12/1/2015) The Mikropis Holding hosted a delegation of senior political and business representatives from China, including Ye Hao, ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Slovenia, Xia Yan, CEO of the Foreign Affairs Office of Nanjing Municipality, Xu Jinhui, CEO of the United Front Work Department of Nanjing, also a Nanjing Standing Committee member of the Communist Party of China, Jiang Bin, CEO of the United Front Work Department of Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, Zhang Xiaoqi, CEO of the Nanjing Sports Industry Group, and Yue Lei, Senior Vice President, Sanpower Groupin, in their head office in Žalec today. Yue Lei signed the Letter of Intent, a strategic partnership for developing and selling the 24alife solution on the global market, with Janez Uplaznik, CEO of the Mikropis Holding. An official reception and presentation was held. The meeting was also attended by Janko Kos, Mayor of Žalec Municipality and other distinguished guests.

On this occasion, Janez Uplaznik stressed, "The Letter of Intent signed today will open new possibilities to penetrate into the Chinese market with 24alife products after already succeeding with Retail self-checkouts. China is becoming our important export market." Mikropis Holding also opened a branch in Shanghai, China recently and therefore confirmed its business ambition in the Far East.

24alife, which was created by the RC IKTS Žalec on initiative of the Mikropis Holding, is an innovative mobile guide and expert companion toward a healthier and happier life. 24alife is already being used within the Slovenian and global marketplace, incorporating over 150 people in its development. It was co-created by top experts from Slovenia and Europe and supported by renowned experts from the Mayo Clinic, USA with their relevant research. The RC IKTS Žalec, in cooperation with the Mikropis Holding Company, has developed a customizable product for designing healthy lifestyles and has begun incorporating it within companies, fitness centers, hotels, and for the elderly.

Companies within the Mikropis Holding group otherwise develop and market different program solutions or business apps for retailers, banks, airports, restaurants, and others, and overall modern mobile solutions for different purposes. Mikropis Holding representatives also presented a modern solution for independent shopping to the esteemed Chinese delegation. With this solution, customers will the scan the product of their choosing while in the store. This will create personal shopping list and all sales will be paid for upon leaving the store. This enables the user greater control over their shopping cart and a faster service at the cash register. The solution, first of its kind in Slovenia, was already implemented in one of the shopping centers in Ljubljana. After the visit in Žalec was concluded the delegation went to Ljubljana and got acquainted with its functioning in practice.
