Beth A. Riley is the Director of Employee Well-being at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.  She attended the University of Iowa where she received her B.S. in Health Promotion in 1994. Beth has held several roles at Mayo Clinic including Health and Wellness Specialist, Program Coordinator, Manager, and Director of the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. She is board certified with the American College of Sports Medicine (Health/Fitness Instructor and CEQ in Nutrition and Exercise).  In 2002, Beth received her MBA from the University of St. Thomas. In 2016, Beth received academic ranking through Mayo Clinic College of Medicine as Assistant Professor.  She currently serves on several leadership committees including the Healthy Living Committee, Appeals Committee, Management Team, Facilities and Equipment Committee, Research Core Group, and Employee Wellness Strategy Design and Implementation Workgroup.  Beth continues to promote health and wellness as a mentor, through national and international presentations, and with research endeavors that include collaborative protocols and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
